Description
The position entails operating machinery (i.e. REACH machines) in a safe manner. Responsibilities : Receive product from deliveries from suppliers. Enter info into computer system. Stocking / restocking and re-slotting of product. Use of machinery including REACH machines and Power Pallet Jacks. Maintain communication with coworkers and supervisors. Report to work on time as scheduled. Pay attention to detail. Follow directions precisely. Utilize proper safety equipment. Keep area clean and organized. Sweeping, dusting and / or mopping as needed. Maintain Food Safety standards regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Work Environment Indoor Temp - 0 through 50 degrees. Shift Shift 7a-4 : 00p
Position Requirements
Prior experience working in refrigerated warehouse or other food / beverage warehouse. Ability to perform basic math functions. Ability to understand and follow directions exactly. Experience utilizing Windows based operating systems preferred. Experience using Power Pallet Jack or other PIT. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Dependable, reliable and trustworthy.
