Now Hiring: Part-Time Building Porter / Janitor
City Lights Maintenance Inc.
City Lights Maintenance Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and honest Building Porter / Janitor to join our team part time. Work will increase as we are expanding in the area. Right now we are starting with a biweekly job; 1-2 days, every other week. Every other Monday from 9am - 2:00pm. We will also entertain making this a one person job if we find someone who would like that.
The pay starts at $18.50 per hour, however if work is done well the pay will go up to $20 per hour. This will be decided by a City Lights Maintenance manager or owner.
The Job: Residential complex in Jackson NJ, 2 stories but very big. Job consists of cleaning the common areas of the building. The lobby and hallways. Lots of vacuuming. Some mopping. It takes two people 6 hours to complete this job, or one person at 6 hours per day X 2 days.
We are an established cleaning and building maintenance company committed to providing excellent service, maintaining clean and well-kept properties, and treating both our employees and customers with respect.

Qualifications
● Previous janitor, cleaning experience is preferred.
● Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
