We are seeking a detail-oriented and self motivated Office Admin/Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our team for a permanent position. This role is essential in ensuring that our customer interactions are handled efficiently while maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to manage data entry tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner by either email or phone.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information entered into our systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order replenishment
  • Assist with Amazon FBA & FBM.
  • Assist in processing orders
  • Utilize Excel for data management and data entry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on data entry and customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
