What You'll Do
Infrastructure & Operations Leadership
- Lead daily operations of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and hosted applications
- Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security across all systems and services
- Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, outages, and security events
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain accurate system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Direct security operations including threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Oversee endpoint, network, and cloud security controls and risk remediation
- Manage and optimize tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and identity & access management systems
- Support alignment with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, CMMC, NIST)
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Implement and mature ITIL‑based processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management)
- Define, track, and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics to senior leadership
- Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and security team members
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support
- Oversee Managed Service Providers (MSP), vendors, and third‑party partners
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required
- 8–12 years of progressive IT experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong hands‑on experience managing infrastructure operations in cloud, on‑prem, or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated experience with security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Deep technical knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven ability to lead high‑pressure incident and outage response efforts
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Experience developing operational policies, standards, and technical documentation
- Ability to define, measure, and report operational performance metrics
- Experience supporting a mid‑sized or scaling organization
- Familiarity with SOC 2, CMMC Levels 1 & 2, and NIST frameworks
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

- Annual Salary range: $145,000 and $175,000 plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan
