City Kia of Greater Orlando is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500!
Previous automotive, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, organized, and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
Respond to Internet Leads through phone calls and email.
Effectively identify customer needs through professional questioning and active listening.
Schedule appointments for the Service Department.
Provide every customer with a positive and professional experience.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers to maximize appointment opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CDK and XTime is a bonus.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to professionally and persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work at a high pace in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License required.
