Join Our Team – Mental Health Clinician
City Impact Counseling Services is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated clinicians who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents.
As a City Impact clinician, you'll provide school-based mental health services while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team that values professional growth, flexibility, and high-quality care.

What You'll Do
Provide individual counseling services to children and adolescents in a school setting.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success.
Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
Help create a positive, supportive environment where students can thrive emotionally and academically.
Qualifications
Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Passion for serving youth and families.
