Role Description
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks for a full-time, on-site role located in Oxford, MS. Line Cooks will be responsible for food preparation, station setup, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness during service. Great leaders will help us oversee kitchen operations, be role models for team members, ensure consistency and quality of dishes, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. We all collaboration with the culinary team to execute menu items and kitchen operations with precision and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
- Ability to manage station setup, maintain inventory, and deliver consistent quality under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen hygiene practices
- Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment
Leadership and supervisory experience, with an ability to mentor and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience is a plus
