Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience (or demonstrated portfolio) in content creation / social media for brands (fitness, wellness, lifestyle preferred).
- Proficiency in photography & videography (phone or camera), and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Cap Cut, etc.).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media captions, etc.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, take direction, manage deadlines, multitask.
- Comfortable being on-site for shoots, flexible with occasional weekend/evening hours.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools (native platform analytics, or third-party tools).
- Basic understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have High School diploma or GED Equivalency
Work Schedule & Conditions
- 10 to 15 hours per week (can scale depending on needs).
- Combination of remote work (planning, editing) and on-site presence (shoots, events).
- Some flexibility required — e.g. early mornings, evenings, or weekends for content capture.
