Job Description
Join the housekeeping team at City Express by Marriott and help provide clean, comfortable, and welcoming experiences for our guests.
Key Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms and assigned areas according to brand standards.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, and remove trash.
- Complete deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and wear required safety equipment.
- Greet and acknowledge guests professionally.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns.
- Report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions.
- Process lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
- Work as part of a team and assist other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Starting at 8:00 a.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: Starting at 9:00 a.m.
- Shift end times vary depending on the day's workload and hotel occupancy.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Team-focused with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- At least one year of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
