Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle transportation between customers, dealerships, and auction lots.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle pick-ups and deliveries based on auction timelines.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments regarding transport status and issues.
- Inspect and verify vehicle condition and documentation upon arrival/departure.
- Reconcile transportation-related discrepancies and resolve delivery problems.
- Track transporter compliance and performance; prepare related reports.
- Maintain accurate vehicle and transport records in inventory management systems.
- Support auction-day operations, including staging and vehicle movement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative coordination (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related office software.
