A Lead Technician serves as the senior technical expert, supervising staff, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency for equipment or systems. Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, install, and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Project Management: Oversee technical projects, manage maintenance schedules, and uphold safety policies.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving complex technical issues that subordinates cannot.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical field.
• Education: High school diploma, though a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of specific machinery, software, or systems (e.g., HVAC, IT, automotive).
