Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales position located in Chattanooga, TN. The Counter Sales Associate will assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment by providing expert product knowledge, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include helping customers find the right electrical products, placing orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting the branch team in achieving sales goals through exceptional service. The candidate will play a key role in fostering positive customer relationships and contributing to branch success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide personalized assistance
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, identify opportunities, and support branch performance
- Experience or enthusiasm for Training and mentoring to contribute to team development
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
- Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
