- Greet families, children, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate student records, enrollment paperwork, and attendance logs
- Assist with billing, tuition processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support center leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative projects
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies
- Help coordinate events, tours, and family communications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred (childcare setting a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Positive attitude and teamoriented mindset
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or early childhood setting preferred
