City Construction Group (CCG) is a high-end commercial interior contractor based in Miami, FL. We specialize in Class-A office buildouts and luxury hospitality spaces for major clients. CCG is employee-owned (ESOP).
Job Summary
The CCG Senior Superintendent ensures projects are delivered on time by overseeing all work performed on-site, collaborating with the project management team, architects, designers, and subcontractors. Manages CCG Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to develop and execute the project schedule safely and to the highest quality standard.
Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise all on-site work within project schedule timelines
• Implement and maintain CCG jobsite safety protocols per OSHA standards
• Review subcontractor scope of work and address deficiencies
• Track general requirements budget and ensure costs stay within limits
• Ensure jobsite is kept clean, organized, and to highest quality standards
• Prepare and submit daily reports, photos, and project progress updates
• Perform existing conditions analysis and compare against design drawings
• Review all design drawings, submittals, and shop drawings prior to commencing work
• Manage all site logistics: material deliveries, staging areas, ventilation, and sanitation
• Coordinate all required site inspections with subcontractors and inspectors
• Coordinate project work with base building management and landlord representatives
• Maintain all inspection logs, permit plans, and shop drawings on-site
• Execute project punch list at substantial completion
• Manage CCG on-site team (Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent)
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of supervision experience in interior commercial or restaurant construction
• Minimum 15 years of overall construction experience
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
• Proficiency in Procore project management software
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, plans, and contract documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
