What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Cleaning Contractor position at City Clean Team?
We are seeking experienced, independent cleaning contractors for high-quality residential and commercial projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a 1099 contractor role for professional cleaners who operate their own business and are looking for additional high-volume job opportunities.

- 7-Day Availability: Jobs available Monday through Sunday. You choose the shifts that fit your schedule.

Contractor Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Equipment & Supplies: You must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies, vacuums, and tools.
- Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License to travel between sites.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience.
- Technology: Must have a smartphone with a data plan for scheduling and updates.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as a contractor and pass a background check.
Payout Terms
- Schedule: Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks).
- Method: Direct deposit.
