ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the growth of the organization’s census and enhancing our visibility and reputation within the Palm Beach County home health care market. This role focuses on building strategic relationships that drive referrals and increase access to long-term care services for individuals in need of home-based support.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing partnerships across the health care continuum—including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, community-based organizations, and other long-term care stakeholders. They will be skilled in identifying, engaging, and nurturing referral sources to build a strong and sustainable network that supports our mission.

This role requires a high-energy, creative, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Marketing Associate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing strategies, conduct outreach initiatives, and support the overall growth goals of the agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support the development, manage marketing strategy, and recommend adjustments as necessary to support accomplishing the organization’s goals.

2. Develop and deliver outreach activities/new referral sources to promote the agency’s growth, specific focus should be given to build the business.

3. Build and nurture a network of referral relationships and create ongoing communications to assess the quality of the relationship.

4. Lead external marketing activities and provide training to the marketing outreach and support team to ensure that successes can be replicated.

5. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop client growth strategies and quotas.

6. Build relationships and execute marketing activities to grow community and corporate alliances; identify recurring customer pipelines and work all available channels to secure connections to customers’ networks.

7. Represent the Agency in meeting with external partners, presenting a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

8. Facilitate the resolution of customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with the efficient care and growth of the clients.

9. Submit weekly census growth reports, outlining total leads, referrals, and cases in progress, and converted cases.

10. Drive marketing and monitor success with health and community partners, and events and activities targeting the senior population and their families.

11. Perform other responsibilities as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May encounter prolonged standing, walking, lifting supplies, stooping, and bending. The staff must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. of equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

Office setting, local outreach in the community, and home visits to support Referrals/clients in their enrollment process. Evening and weekend work is required to attend networking and community events.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

This job is satisfactorily performed when the incumbent meets the targets set for the following:

· Manage each marketing outreach person to convert an average of ten monthly censuses.

· Open at least ten new strategic accounts monthly to support the growth of the business.

· Identify and attend at least two network events weekly.

· Connect with at least five (5) new strategic relationship prospects per week that can support the growth of the business!

· Execute at least a quarterly customer experience and retention training for the case management and the clinical team.

· Facilitate at least one bi-weekly meeting with the client service, recruitment, and all teams including sales.

· Support the execution of at least one client appreciation activity every six months.

· Lead the execution of quarterly staff and partner engagement activity.

· Execute annual appraisal for staff within the due date.

Job Qualifications

· At least two years working with or within the senior and disabled population; background/knowledge of Medicaid and other public programs; managed care plans; and private insurance.

· Be able to serve low-income, disadvantaged, and hard-to-reach populations effectively.

· Highly motivated and demonstrated a strong ability to drive census/revenue growth and develop business through managed and coordinated sales and marketing efforts.

· Ability to use standard office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom), in addition to preferred knowledge in Salesforce and HHA Exchange.

· Excellent customer relations, communication, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

· Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish, Russian, or French/Creole ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,749.00 - $75,000.00 per year

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
