Responsibilities: Duties include assisting customers and visitors, processing lease and accounting/billing paperwork, providing cashier relief coverage, and supporting operational needs as required.
Supervises: 2 Office Clerks
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Job Description/Essential Functions:
- Operates in Designa, Yardi, and provides control reports.
- Responsible for budget compliance.
- Supervises Garage Clerks.
- Be attentive to tenant parking issues and handle with a high degree of customer service.
- Supports the Manager of Parking Services.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and past-due invoices using P2P/Yardi systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative and operational functions.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding daily and monthly parking services.
- Enroll customers in monthly parking programs and maintain related account records.
- Prepare and process parking license documentation, including new agreements, account updates, cancellations, and billing adjustments.
- Program, update, and deactivate toll tags within the parking access system.
- Provide cashier relief coverage as needed.
- Process parking validation orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist visitors and customers with directions and general information.
- Validate monthly parking credentials for customers using alternate vehicles.
- Support parking operations during special events and peak activity periods.
- Supports Parking Services Management on various task.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Receives instructions, prioritizes tasks, and completes duties assigned by manager.
- Performs all duties following the organizational chain of command.
- Ability to focus, work with frequent interruptions; display emotional control under stress.
- Must be able to perform essential physical tasks, including standing, walking, sitting, carrying materials, handling documents, bending, stooping, and reaching with hands and arms as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- Must have proficient ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience preferred.
