Job Summary

This part time, temporary position provides admin support to the Accounting department.

Duties And Responsibilities

General clerical and admin support to include filing, matching invoices, data entry, mail processing and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma. Related college coursework or work experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Works effectively both in a team environment and independently.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
  
  

The ideal candidate is available for approximately 10 hours per week. The hours may vary based on department needs. We are willing to accommodate class schedules, but require defined availability during normal business hours, 8:00am-4:00pm.
