Who We Are: City Brew Tours is the leading curator of craft brewery tours in North

America. We are a fast-growing company providing unforgettable craft beer

experiences to over 40,000 people each year. Founded in New England, our

experiences are now offered online and in 15 different cities across North America.

Who We’re Looking For: If you’re witty, entertaining, high energy, love meeting

new people, and LOVE beer, this is the perfect job for you! Applicants with theater,

tour guide, or improv experience are always a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

 Pick up guests in a 14-passenger van and lead them on a tour through some

of the best local craft breweries in Burlington, including First Republic,

Queen City, and Frost Beer Works, and teach them all about the history and

science of beer

 Create an engaging, fun, and educational experience while ensuring safety

and promoting responsible consumption

Your Schedule:

 Shifts range from 5 to 6 hours

 Flexible hours that work around your schedule

 Great addition to an existing full-time or part-time job

 Current guides across all our cities average 5 to 14 hours per week

 Our busiest time for tours is Thursday - Saturday

Requirements:

 Passion for and interest in craft beer and breweries

 Weekend and/or Evening availability

 Ability to manage time effectively

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to comfortably navigate city roads in a 14-passenger van

 Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record (No DUIs)

 21 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

 Cicerone or BJCP Knowledge and/or Certification

 Home brewing or beer industry experience

 Previous tour guide, theater, and/or improv experience

Compensation & What You’ll Receive:

 $18 - $60 an hour including tips

Physical Requirements: You will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle. This

includes the ability to sit for durations of up to 60 minutes at a time while driving.

You will be required to stand and walk for durations of at least 45 minutes at each

tour stop and you will also need the mobility to pour beer from pitchers to glasses

at various locations.
