Employment Status: Part-Time/Full Time

What You’ll Do
As a City Brew Barista, you will:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items promptly and with a sense of urgency to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Educate customers about our menu, answer questions, and help them find their perfect drink.
- Demonstrate SERVE (Smile, Engage, Respect, Visible, Eager) principles consistently.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures.
- Support our team by communicating openly and stepping in where needed.
- Keep a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene that reflects our welcoming, customer-focused culture.
- Stay calm and confident during high-volume hours while maintaining excellent service.
- Deliver on The Three Things every shift: great customer service, a clean/organized store, and great drinks & products.

Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Endurance to work full shifts and lift/carry supplies and equipment as needed.
- Prior to customer service or food/beverage experience is a plus but not required.
