What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Solutions Client Support Analyst position at City Bank?
Responsible for the daily resolution of Treasury Solutions client issues with the various suite of Treasury Solutions products and services. Support TS Officers in customer expansion and retention Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the bank while providing best in class customer service and upholding City Bank’s core values. Work in tandem with the Treasury Solutions Associate to facilitate the successful onboarding of new TS relationships and implementation of TS products and services.
Essential Duties
- Assist customers with a variety of banking needs, including all types of new accounts, ordering supplies and obtaining the required business entity documentation
- Provide end to end delivery support to include documentation preparation and review, client support for various product issue and occasional client training as back up to the Treasury Solutions Associate
- Prepare appropriate TS documentation in accordance with bank policy and procedures
- Utilize TS product and services expertise to provide technical support whether on site or by phone to customers and their administrators as well as bank officers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to expand and retain customer relationships by responding professionally and efficiently to external customer and Officer requests for assistance
- Maintain monthly TS totals reports
- Handle escalated calls, as needed, from other City Bank team members on products or issues involving TS customers, acting as a liaison with back office departments
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business account relationships comprising the TS portfolio of business
- Adhere to bank regulatory, audit and compliance policies/procedures and bank operational policies/requirements within the department
- Provide assistance for TS department communication support, including responding to incoming telephone calls, e-mails and voicemails
- Other duties as assigned
