City Auto Memphis is looking for a full-time BDC Sales Representative to help manage internet leads, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and digital communication. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers $50,000 to $100,000 annual earning potential through flat-rate incentives, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus based on performance.

Schedule and Work-Life Balance

City Auto Memphis understands that a strong career should still allow time for life outside of work. We offer a flexible schedule, including a 4-day workweek option with 5 consecutive days off each month.

Our dealership is also closed on Sundays, giving our team consistent time to recharge.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll manage a high volume of inbound automotive internet leads and customer inquiries. You'll follow up quickly and professionally by phone, email, text, chat, and social media to answer questions, build trust, and schedule appointments.

You'll also help support dealership visibility online by creating and sharing digital content such as vehicle photos, videos, reels, and social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys inside sales, lead generation, customer follow-up, appointment setting, CRM activity, social media engagement, and automotive sales support.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools
  • Comfort using social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a busy dealership setting
  • Self-motivated and results-focused mindset
  • Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, dealership sales, customer service, digital marketing, or social media sales preferred
