What the Work Looks Like

As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will handle a steady flow of internal and light external repair work, allowing you to focus on quality, efficiency, and diagnosis without constant customer pressure. Your day will include performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, completing scheduled maintenance, and supporting overall shop flow through clear communication with service writers. You'll participate in daily shop meetings that keep everyone aligned, reduce surprises, and help the team stay efficient. There's also an opportunity to support and mentor junior technicians as the department continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a technician who brings experience, accountability, and pride in their work.

• 8 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Your own tools
• Willingness to work a rotating Saturday schedule

Preferred but not required:

• ASE certifications
• Aftermarket or independent shop experience
• A self‑directed, reliable work style

A Schedule That Makes Sense

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM (rotated for coverage)
• Rotating Saturdays
• Closed Sundays
