- Supervision & Leadership Assign, coordinate, and evaluate the work of clerical employees; plan work flow, establish procedures, and ensure quality control; and train staff and monitor performance.
- Oversee Administrative & Fiscal Operations Monitor housing assistance payment processing and resolve discrepancies; oversee records management, reports, and document control; and ensure proper handling of office supplies, equipment, and purchasing activities.
- Provide Customer Service and Operational Support Resolve complex inquiries and complaints from the public and program participants; explain policies, procedures, and regulations; and serve as a resource to staff and support overall branch operations.
