DPL is hiring a Library Assistant III for the Technical Access Services Department at Central. We receive and supply approximately 200,000 new material items a year to all 27 locations. In this fast paced production position, you will sort and unpack shipments.
- You will also verify we received what was invoiced, approve invoices to send to accounting for payment. It requires a strong attention to detail.
- Verify spine labels for quality control
- Adding some item records to the ILS, applying accurate data points for the material in hand
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate workflow and ensure quick turnaround time of materials
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
Other Info to know:
- This position is based out of the Central Library which is currently under construction.
- There is no free parking available at the Central Library. We do offer a RTD EcoPass for $10 per month with convenient access to public transportation and indoor, secure bicycle parking.
- The schedule will be Monday through Friday and has some flexibility.
