Job Description for Manufacturing Data Analyst
Citterio USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production data integrity and accuracy, ensuring timely entry and audit of production orders
- Verify labor and material costs, maintaining accurate records in SAP system
- Analyze production data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast needs and prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Generate and interpret reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support manufacturing decision-making
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ERP systems, familiarity with SAP beneficial
- Experience as a Manufacturing Data Analyst, with focus on production and inventory modules
- Strong understanding of consumption-based planning principles
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive people skills, effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, experience with ERP system management, Food Manufacturing experience preferred
