- Work outdoors daily

Schedule
- Typically 4–5 days per week
- Start time: 8:00 AM (truck pickup)
- Wrap up around 4:30–5:00 PM
- Peak seasons = longer days, higher pay
Pay & Incentives
- –Commission-based pay (14% of revenue)
- Tips (split between techs)
- $10 per 5-star review bonus
- Monthly performance bonuses (ex: $250 months)
- Profit share opportunities as you grow with the company
Strong techs regularly earn $150–$300 per day, with upside during peak seasons.
