Your Role
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Citrus Smiles, you’ll play an essential role in helping our patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance within your scope of practice.
- Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended treatments.
- Collaborate closely with dentists to identify patients’ clinical needs and support comprehensive treatment planning.
- Build long-lasting relationships through compassionate communication and a comfortable patient experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control, clinical excellence, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and patient education abilities.
- A friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
- Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply; motivated new graduates are welcome!
