We are seeking a dependable and experienced Field Superintendent to work closely with our Director of Maintenance in overseeing the upkeep and repair of club facilities and amenities throughout the Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club community.
This hands-on position requires a well-rounded individual with strong general maintenance knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs across club facilities and amenities
- Assist the Director of Maintenance with daily operations and project coordination
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and functionality throughout all areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in general building maintenance required
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Hernando, FL (Citrus County)
