Housekeeper/Laundry

Job Summary
We are Citrus Heights Respiratory and Rehab and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facility, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors to maintain a polished appearance.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with Nursing Home or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
