Works with grants for the Older Americans Act (OAA), Community Care for the Elderly (CCE), Home Care for the Elderly (HCE), Alzheimer Disease Initiative (ADI) programs, and serves as the primary point of contact for private pay programs such as Home Care Options for Everyone (HOPE). Provides assistance and administrative support to the Senior Programs Supervisor and Case Managers. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Performs clerical duties including typing correspondence, maintaining files, assembling information, data entry, and record keeping.Compiles information; prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports to Supervisor.Assists citizens in locating community resources.Provides administrative support to Supervisor.Provides assistance to Case Managers, including setting up and maintaining client files and assisting Case Managers with client service documentation.Assists with fundraising activities.Tracks spending of grant units; prepares monthly reports and billing.Enters assessment documents and client information into eCIRTS; makes sure clients are properly enrolled for the services they receive.Orders office supplies and items needed for the programs.Serves as primary point of contact for the private pay HOPE program; ensures all paperwork needed for enrollment are completed; ensures that the appropriate services requested are being completed by providers; and handles all HOPE client files.Assists supervisor with grant program compliance requirements. Performs other duties as required.
