We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our Redlands office. This role focuses on providing individual and couple’s therapy in a supportive, client-centered environment. Credentialing with insurance providers will begin immediately upon hire to ensure paneling by your start date or shortly thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
- Contribute to the mission and goals of CCS through your clinical and organizational contributions.
Qualifications
- Licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing couples therapy, with a strong grasp of relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
- Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance providers; credentialing will begin immediately upon hire.
- Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and knowledgeable in clinical documentation standards.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
