We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our Early Childhood Services Team! If you’re passionate about working with young children and their families, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact. In this role, you’ll provide fun, engaging therapy to children ages 0-8, helping them build essential social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
Credentialing with insurance providers will begin immediately upon hire to ensure paneling by your start date or shortly thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 0-8.
- Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions using play therapy, CBT, and other child-centered approaches.
- Monitor and document progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create strong support systems.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
- Complete administrative and development tasks as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of agency and client information.
- Contribute to CCS's mission through clinical excellence and organizational involvement.
Qualifications
- Licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance providers; credentialing will begin immediately upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to young children.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strong clinical documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
