We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Escrow Operations Coordinator to support daily operations within our title company. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transaction processing, accurate financial oversight, and consistent client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- In-office position
- Remote flexibility options available as needed, subject to approval
- Willingness to travel to other offices across Central Florida as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing wire transactions accurately and securely
- Save incoming and outgoing wire transactions
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Monitor accounting reports and identify discrepancies for timely resolution
- Prepare and coordinate Seller RONs (Remote Online Notarizations) in compliance with Florida regulations
- Provide in-office signing support as needed
- Assist with document management, warehousing, file organization, and policy requests
- Provide file coverage and administrative support during team member absences
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in title, escrow, real estate, or lending preferred
- Strong understanding of escrow processes, wire handling, and title workflows
- Solid accounting/administrative skills, including reconciliations and financial accuracy
- Knowledge of Florida RON/notary requirements a plus
- Proficient in Qualia and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
