Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented CNA / Caregiver who is also ready to grow into the role of a House Manager. This hybrid position includes providing high-quality personal care and companionship to the client(s), while also learning the administrative and operational responsibilities involved in managing a private household or care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Caregiving Duties :
- Provide hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses or family
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist with physical therapy or prescribed exercises
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the client's personal space
- Document daily care and activities
House Management Duties
- Assist with scheduling appointments, errands, and transportation
- Monitor household supplies and restock as needed
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of household systems
- Support the planning of social events or family gatherings
- Uphold standards of privacy, professionalism, and discretion
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in caregiving, home health, or nursing assistant roles
- Interest in/or previous exposure to house management or administrative roles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and assist with mobility transfers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
