Citron Bistro is looking for hardworking Support Staff with great personalities, teamwork mentality, and a passion for providing an exceptional Guest Experience to ride into Season with. We have an incredible team and our looking for dynamic, hospitality-focused individuals who love that small town feel in a busy upscale casual environment. Support Staff act as Bussers, Food Runners, or Hosts on any given day, Supporting the restaurant's needs in any way necessary. Support Staff are paid minimum tipped employee wages and receive a percentage of sales as tipout earning up to an additional $20/hr on top of minimum wage and paid weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
-Work as a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide fine dining standards of service with a comfortable, casual personality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
