What You'll Be Doing
- Providing customized facials based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals
- Performing eyelash services, including lash lifts and classic, hybrid, and volume extensions
- Providing professional waxing services
- Creating personalized treatment and home-care recommendations
- Building strong, lasting client relationships and encouraging rebooking
- Providing an elevated guest experience from consultation through checkout
- Maintaining a clean, organized, professional workspace
- Working toward and achieving service and retail goals
- Supporting and contributing to a positive, accountable team environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Licensed: Current NC Esthetician and/or Cosmetology license
- Experienced: Skilled in facials and eyelash extensions
- Professional: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and dependable
- Client-focused: Genuinely interested in understanding and serving each guest's individual needs
- Growth-minded: Excited about continuing education and improving your craft
- Team-oriented: Willing to support, mentor, and hold yourself and your teammates to a high standard
- Coachable: Open to feedback, training, and following established systems and SOPs
- Passionate: Excited about skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping people feel confident
Additional requirements include:
- Active ASCP liability insurance
- Availability during peak hours, including evenings and weekends
- Completion of quarterly education outside of Citrine
- Willingness to participate in extensive in-house training

Pay: $23.01 - $26.46 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
