This role is perfect for a recent cosmetology graduate or current student who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a stylist.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and help create a warm, elevated salon experience
- Assist stylists during services (blow-drying, shampooing, toning prep, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, backbar, and common areas
- Prepare tools, products, and color stations
- Launder towels, capes, and keep the salon running smoothly
- Support front desk needs when necessary
- Observe, learn, and participate in ongoing education and salon systems
