We are looking for a Business Process Outsourcing Analyst to join our Advisory Department. As a Senior, you will be responsible for:

 Responsibilities:

• Understand the Firm’s policies and procedures
• Show key traits like accountability, collaboration, excellence, and innovation
• Maintain a utilization target of 80–85%
• Deliver detailed Medicaid Asset Analysis reports with accurate and dependable data
• Respond to requests with accurate and timely follow-up

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Medicaid eligibility experience (preferably in long-term care)
• Working knowledge of Medicaid programs across states
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communicator with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage time well, stay organized, and handle sensitive information professionally
• Understand insurance industries, managed care programs, and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
• Understand and abide by best practices/HIPAA laws regarding dealing with clients and data
