What You’ll Do

- Handle orders, requests, returns, or general account questions as needed.
- Keep customer information and records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other team members to resolve issues and make sure customers receive the right support.
- Follow up with customers when needed so they know their concerns haven’t been forgotten.
- Help keep the customer service area organized and running smoothly.
- Share customer feedback with the team and look for ways we can improve the overall customer experience.
