We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst, Finance Systems to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team within the Corporate Finance department.

They’ll oversee the architecture, integration, and ongoing optimization of the firm’s core finance systems. This role will partner closely with Finance, IT, and firm leadership to ensure scalable, well-controlled systems that support financial reporting, forecasting, and continued growth in a PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Own the end-to-end finance systems architecture across:
  • General Ledger (GL) and core accounting platforms
  • Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP) systems
  • Budgeting, CPM, and forecasting tools
  • Financial reporting and analytics platforms
• Serve as the primary systems owner for finance technology, including but not limited to integrations and data flows across platforms.
• Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to support monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, and firmwide analytics.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and vendor management initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and consistency across finance systems.
• Support finance transformation initiatives in a PE-backed professional services environment.
• Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have 5 years of experience in finance systems, financial systems analysis, or finance technology roles
• Have experience supporting complex finance environments in large PE-backed or public companies.
• Possess a strong understanding of GL-centric finance architectures and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O or AX.
• Can work cross-functionally with senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with CPM tools, including but not limited to Vena, OneStream, Adaptive, and Anaplan (preferred).
• Exposure to procurement and AP systems, as well as reporting tools—Power BI a plus (preferred).
• Professional services or accounting firm experience (preferred).

Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
