We are seeking an experienced Advisor to join our wealth management team. This individual will serve as the primary relationship lead for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, delivering a holistic, goals-based approach to our client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in a variety of areas, including financial planning, estate planning, and retirement planning. Some knowledge of investment strategy and portfolio management is highly preferred.  It is critical that the candidate values strong communication and development of existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Holistic Wealth Planning: Be proactive with clients and advise them on a variety of strategies as customized and relevant to each client. Examples of such strategies may include estate planning, life insurance, retirement planning, financial plans, property and casualty insurance reviews, and budgeting. 

  • Advanced Financial Modeling: Utilize MoneyGuidePro Wealth Studios to create interactive, goals-based projections and stress-test sophisticated financial scenarios for our families. 

  • Relationship Advocacy: Serve as the central "concierge" for clients, coordinating with various specialists such as attorneys and CPAs to ensure seamless execution of the client’s total wealth vision. 

  • Business Development: Actively grow the firm’s AUM by cultivating referrals from existing HNW clients and establishing strategic partnerships with in-house CPAs. 

  • Fiduciary Leadership: Adhere strictly to the fiduciary standard, ensuring all advice is in the client's best interest and remains compliant with RIA regulations. 

Qualifications:
  • 7 years of direct wealth management experience serving HNW/UHNW clients within an RIA. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Proficiency in MoneyGuidePro or similar financial planning software 

  • Familiarity with Orion Advisor Technology or similar reporting/trading technology 

  • Credentials: CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation highly preferred. 

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
