We are seeking a Project Manager, PMO, to join our PMO team within the Office of Strategy department. They focus on ensuring the effective execution of the organization’s special projects and initiatives. They’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects, improving operational processes specific to initiatives, and ensuring the company meets its strategic goals efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to
- Project Management –
- Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of special projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement project-specific policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of project management processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for each project.
- Strategic Planning –
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders in the Operations group to develop and implement strategic plans for special projects.
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to meet strategic objectives of initiatives.
- Forecast project needs and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals specific to projects managed by the Operations team.
- Financial Management –
- Manage the project budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement in projects.
- Ensure all financial objectives of special projects are met.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for initiatives.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or relevant field.
- Have 5 years of experience in operational or project management related to special initiatives.
- Have a proven track record of managing and improving operational processes for projects.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills for project groups.
- Meet deadlines specific to initiatives and work under pressure.
- Coordinate multiple overlapping project timelines.
- Possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills in project contexts.
- Be proficient in various project management software.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for project coordination.
- Have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
