What You'll Do

As an Outside Commercial Sales Representative, your days will be filled with exciting

opportunities:

Generating and developing sales leads to build a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, from small

restaurants to large business campuses.

Network with potential clients to build rapport and establish relationships.

Perform inspections to assess pest issues and develop tailored solutions.

Provide detailed proposals and consult with clients about their pest control needs.

Deliver consistent follow ups to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals by securing new commercial accounts.

Conduct site inspections and recommend effective pest control solutions.

Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with all clients and staff.

Qualifications

1 years of experience in sales (pest control experience preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record.

California Branch 2 Field Representative license preferred (or willing to obtain within 60 days).

Must pass a background check.

Benefits & Compensation

5K HIRE BONUS WITH PEST INDUSTRY SALES

Competitive base salary plus commission, with a total annual income range of $62,000 $95,000.

Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone.

Physical Requirements

Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.

Use of hands for handling, climbing, and balancing, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
