About the Job

We are seeking highly motivated Engineers/Estimators to join our team.  In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our estimating and preconstruction efforts.  You will assist in reviewing project plans, performing quantity takeoffs, developing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely bid submissions.  You’ll also gain valuable hands-on experience through site visits and exposure to real-world construction methods.  This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in construction engineering and estimating.  Prior experience through internships or related roles is a plus but not required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Engineering preferred).
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in estimating, engineering, or project support is preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Familiarity with CADD software and Bluebeam (ability to navigate drawings; proficiency not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in construction or design is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
