Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.
Private & Wealth Specialty Lending, a critical part of Citizens Private Bank is expanding as we seek to continue our build of new products and meet increased volume demands. The business includes partner lending, securities based lending and our custom credit products.
The role of the Private & Wealth Lending Credit Services Professional performs functions supporting underwriting, credit approval, loan documentation, ongoing portfolio monitoring and annual review processes for the lending portfolio. The position processes straightforward to complex credits with sophisticated personal/family and corporate organizational structures, documentation and/or collateral structures. Independently and proactively facilitate initiation of required transactions in accordance with complex documentation and in adherence to applicable policies, procedures, legal, credit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will be expected to serve as a role model and be a resource for Credit Analysts and other colleagues in the business. This individual must balance the need to add profitable credit business while maintaining acceptable portfolio credit quality.

- Leadership experience as a sole contributor, team lead or manager
- Bachelor's degree
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00
