The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $130,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Role Summary
The Private Bank Lending Specialist supports Relationship Managers and their clients by managing the loan process with exceptional care, precision, and service. This role operates primarily in operational, processing, and analytical capacities, ensuring a high level of quality control from initial loan inquiry through closing and post-closing activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager and client to help identify lending needs and appropriate financing solutions.
- Perform financial analysis of client information to support assessment of loan eligibility and structure.
- Following Relationship Manager handoff, serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties involved in the lending transaction, while keeping the Relationship Manager informed throughout the process.
- Manage the end-to-end loan process from inquiry through closing and post-closing, including presenting loan packages to Credit Officers, submitting loans through origination systems, coordinating underwriting conditions, and supporting closing activities.
- Actively monitor the loan pipeline to ensure workflows are efficient and closing timelines are achieved.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Private Bank credit policy, lending origination systems, and applicable regulatory requirements for commercial real estate and multi-family lending.
- Ensure a high standard of quality control by verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial information and loan documentation.
- Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and documentation standards throughout the lending process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, credit analysis, or a related lending role.
- Understanding of commercial real estate and/or multi-family lending fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting Private Bank, commercial banking, or high-net-worth client lending.
- Familiarity with loan origination and document management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to commercial lending.
- Experience working Private Equity firms and/or underwriting of partnership loan programs
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00
