As part of the Retail Strategy & Leasing Team in the Property Services organization, the Analysis and Reporting Analyst will work together with a team of highly skilled corporate real estate professionals to optimize and maintain the bank's retail portfolio consisting of 1,000 locations across 15 states and Washington DC. You will lead the data management and analysis of lease and relevant facility data to help drive strategic planning and decision making while working closely with key stakeholders and partners to deliver valuable and relevant information.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
The salary range for this position is $81,000.00- $109,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is
based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing lease related data to ensure proper organization and communication of key lease items and deadlines.
- Partner with key stakeholders including; brokerage team, facility management team, and business line to maintain up to date records for retail sites including contact, market, facility, and branch performance data.
- Build and track KPIs for leasing processes.
- Forecast expected rent and operating expense changes and savings or revenue driven by disposition work.
- Regular reporting on leasing activity delivered to both real estate department and supported business lines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
- Ability to create value through data visualization.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Accruent/Lucernex and iOffice tools a plus

- Bachelor's Degree
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F 8:30-5
