The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with teams supporting sales, finance, strategy, data enablement, incentives, products and other key partners to ensure analytics solutions are aligned to Business Banking processes, systems and goals.
- Serve as the lead analyst for the design and integration of KPI’s and other analytic data products, from scoping requirements to design, development, deployment, and integration into larger business processes
- Invest in developing deep knowledge of business decision frameworks, operational processes, and data to successfully design & develop practicable solutions with tangible business value
- Perform complex data analysis across large, multi‑source Business Banking datasets
- Analyze colleague and customer behaviors to help deliver key portfolio metrics to support sales and strategy decisions.
- Develop relationships with other analysts as well as key partners to collaboratively ensure delivery of high-quality metrics and utilization in key business decision processes
- Identify data quality, completeness, and lineage issues; partner with operations teams to remediate.
- Provide analytical input and support for Business Banking system modernization efforts.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Ensure analytics solutions comply with enterprise data governance, risk, and control standards.
A successful incumbent will have:
- Proven experience turning ambiguous business problems and raw data into rigorous analytic solutions by applying critical thinking and quantitative methods
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively guide project teams
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive and deliver value in an entrepreneurial working environment
- Knowledge of retail banking business domain; Deposits, Lending, Cash Management and/or CRM experience preferred
- Experience working with customer data including but not limited to segmentation, marketing, profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field, and 5 years of experience delivering analytic insights, MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Proficient in SQL with 3 years of applied experience, Python & Tableau experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hybrid: 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote
