Customer Service Representative - Full-time or Part-time, Ouray
As a Customer Service Representative at our Ouray branch, you'll be the face of the bank, engaging directly with the community we serve. This role involves handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. We offer a dynamic work environment where integrity, resilience, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required.
- Unquestionable integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Resilient and positive attitude, capable of assertiveness and maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Sell banking products like cashier’s checks and safety deposit boxes.
- Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone.
- Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking.
- Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The compensation rate for this position ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
